Return Policy

Returns:

NOT-personalised items can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element, perishable products (like jam, honey or tea), custom pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order; are non-cancelable and non-refundable.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: 5 Rore Street, Motueka 7120, New Zealand.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Rore Street, Motueka 7120, New Zealand.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking or insurance.

Cancellations

Cancellations are generally not accepted for any reason but an exception can be made in an extreme circumstance. Cancellations cannot be accepted for reasons such as production time, shipping time, buyer's remorse, etc. Please be sure of your order before you check out.

Please do not order and include conditions such as "If this item cannot be received by (a certain date), cancel this order and refund my money." Our current processing time is clearly stated on our product pages. We have no control over the NZ Post and whether they deliver specific packages early, on time, or late. If you place an order, we will not make the judgment to cancel and refund an order. We are not able to refund orders or accept returns based on this scenario.
